This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Terms & Conditions

All disputes to be arising from transactions, purchases and contracts with Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio shall be determined and governed by English Law. All goods and products remain the sole property of Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio until paid for in full.

Orders placed with Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio shall not be binding unless Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio accepts them.

Whilst every effort will be made to effect deliveries and maintain prices quoted, Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio has the sole right to vary prices and deliveries.

All goods must be paid for before dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the payment date must be as stated, all payments must be made in Pounds Stirling.

Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio has the right to delay or cancel delivery.

Missing or Wrong items sent.

Unfortunately on the odd occasion when we do make a mistake and an item is wrongly sent or missing from your order. We will send you the correct item or a refund will be given. Please check all your goods when they arrive as any missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt, should your parcel have a missing item please advise by email or phone.

Maximum order quantity

Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio reserve the right to limit the quantity of any single item purchased to a maximum of 5 units. 

If you wish to buy more than 5 units of any individual item please mail emilia.creativestudio@gmail.com to request a wholesale shipping quotation.

Orders which haven’t been paid for ie, computer problems, bank problems etc.

Once your items are added to a basket we allow you one hour to place this order, if the order hasn’t been placed within that time scale then all stock will be replenished back online for other customers to order.

Dispatch

Deliveries will be dispatched within 1 – 3 working days. We can only dispatch to a full postal address. No PO Boxes, please.

We operate a flat-rate shipping policy:

UK 1st class signed for: £4.00 for orders up to £40

For orders over £40, shipping is free 

Orders are normally picked and posted within the same day. 

All orders are on a 3-5 working day delivery service.

If the parcel is undelivered ( or not accepted when delivery is attempted ) the customer will incur the costs of £4.50 for the return delivery charge to Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio. It will be up to you the customer to contact us to arrange for redelivery for which the re-delivery will be charged at the full price of £4.50.

Postage is extra to the Rep. of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, The Sottish Highlands and some Aberdeen and Inverness postcodes. Orders for these locations should be submitted for a full quote. We reserve the right to revise the postage charges, if this is necessary, we will contact you with the quotation before your order is processed.

Payment

We can accept payments via PayPal.

Returns

Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio wants you to be delighted every time you shop here. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received them (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for them.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Customers will receive a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened.

The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during return transit.

Email newsletters

If you create a user account for accessing certain parts of the website, you agree to receive occasional email newsletters from Emilia Sieradzan Creative Studio containing product news and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
