Shabby Chic Round Card | House of Roses by Stamperia
Hello, crafty friends! Today, I’m excited to share my latest handmade creation featuring the gorgeous House of Roses paper collection by Stamperia. This time, I stepped outside the usual rectangular or square card format and designed a round shabby chic card. I also added delicate lace around the edges for an extra vintage touch. Keep reading to see how I created this charming piece and watch my short video tutorial at the end!

Materials Used:
- House of Roses Paper Collection – Stamperia
- Round base card (cut with a die or manually)
- Lace trim for the shabby chic effect
- Fussy-cut embellishments: clock, butterflies, florals, and a wooden heart
- Foam tape for dimension
- White gesso or acrylic paint for a soft finish
- Adhesive
How I Made It:
- Base Preparation: I started by die-cutting a circular card base from heavyweight cardstock and layered it with patterned paper from the House of Roses collection. Lace Detail: I carefully adhered a delicate lace trim around the card’s edge, enhancing its elegance and vintage feel.
- Adding Depth: I used elements a wooden-style fence, florals, and butterflies from cut-out set then arranged them with foam tape for added dimension.
- Final Touches: A few dots of white contour liner.
