Envelope Style Cards with Spellbinders Cutting Dies

Today I’m excited to share this cute envelope-style card that features a sweet interactive pull element. I absolutely love how this design feels like a little surprise waiting to be opened — simple at first glance, but full of charming details once you take a closer look.

For this project, I used Spellbinders cutting dies, which made creating clean layers and precise shapes effortless.

I also played with texture and dimension to bring the card to life and make it extra special for the recipient. After using an embossing folder, I applied my white pigment ink to highlight the dots.

Interactive cards are always such a joy to create, and this one would be perfect for happy mail, small notes, or thoughtful messages “just because.” I love how a tiny pull tab can turn a card into a memorable experience.

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look at today’s project. I hope this envelope-style card inspires you to try something interactive in your next paper-crafting session!

Hugs x Emilia
