Interactive Spring Basket Card Video Tutorial
Hi! I’m coming with my newest video tutorial for Papertrey Ink, this time I’m creating an interactive card with a cute Spring basket. Oh i love these cards with a place for a secret message 🙂
In the video, I’ll guide you through the entire process of making this card, I create a watercolour-style background, play with die cut elements and, most importantly, build a mechanism for the basket so the top part can be lifted and the hidden messages appear.
For the background I used watercolour paper and inks; it is very subtle but the wood planks – PTI Woodwork Die underneath the basket give it more definition and interest.
For the basket, I used a stamp and a matching die from PTI March release and stamped images or die cuts to embellish it.
I love how this turned out, and I invite you to try! In the basket you can place some flowers or othet little elements.
